About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly position at ADM’s Jackson, Tennessee plant, which operates 24 hours per day. Successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Manufacturing experience and mechanical skills and aptitude are preferred. Candidates must complete a background check. The position may also include other tasks or duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move objects and stand for long periods.
Ability to climb ladders and stairs, work at heights, and perform confined-space entry.
Safety-oriented approach.
Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures and dusty environments.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

Watch for and report safety issues.
