About The Position
As our Stacker Operator, you will operate and monitor stackers, industrial robots, and robotic palletizers while ensuring a safe and efficient workflow. You will work in a team-based environment and receive hands-on training to advance your career.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to conduct frequent quality checks and follow safety procedures
- Cooperative and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on challenges
- Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally with assistance
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge
Responsibilities
- Perform safety inspections and operate equipment according to established procedures
- Set up machines for the next print run
- Monitor 2 stackers, 2 industrial robots, and 1 robotic palletizer
- Assist with machine printing functions as needed
- Conduct frequent quality checks to maintain production standards
- Perform bi-weekly maintenance tasks as assigned
