About The Position
This is a box stacker position responsible for stacking product on good wooden pallets and verifying the code date on all boxes on the assigned line. When a pallet is full, ensure the cases are taped properly. The role also performs other duties as directed by the supervisor and maintains a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The position pays $17.50 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday, with occasional Sunday work. It is a first-shift position in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Team members must be able to meet the position’s physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. Slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes such as tennis shoes or boots are required; Crocs, sliders, flip-flops, and sandals are not permitted.
Requirements
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stack boxes according to the product's specifications.
- Willingness and ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Wear slip-resistant, closed-toe shoes, such as tennis shoes or boots; Crocs, sliders, flip-flops, and sandals are not permitted.
- Applicants must provide a government identification number so the system can verify previous Tyson employment history.
