Hamilton Families is seeking a Stability Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is integral to the organization's mission of ending family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Stability Coordinator will provide strategic oversight, guidance, and professional development support to Stability Case Managers. This position is responsible for overseeing participant program activities, conducting new hire and ongoing training for the team, and ensuring program compliance with service goals and objectives.
