About The Position

Seeking an experienced lead to manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack. The position works with Solution Architects to understand customers’ business requirements and implement solutions. Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.
• Experience with SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and support.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology.
• Prior client-facing leadership experience.
