About The Position

This position plays a critical role in developing, manufacturing, and deploying products and services that not only meet but exceed our customer expectations. It focuses on delivering a best-in-class quality experience to our customers by conducting qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs), implementing quality metrics, and utilizing data-driven methodologies to predict or prevent defects, ensuring products meet quality and reliability performance within product life cycle milestones.

Requirements

BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
6+ months of experience in programming (C, C++ or Python)
5+ years of job experience in job related field
Must be able to work onsite at Sacramento location.
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Strong research and writing skills
Good time management
Critical thinking skills
Self-motivator

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in Probability and statistics
5+ years of experience in Statistics Software JMP Minitab or similar
5+ years of experience in Computer programming for data acquisition reduction and analysis
5+ years of experience in Hands on experimental design execution analysis interpretation and synthesis
Track record of effectively working with interdisciplinary teams
Transistor Device Physics and Fabrication Process
Storage Architecture or Firmware experience on NAND memory products

Responsibilities

Create the infrastructure to execute the qualification of Solid State Drives (SSDs).
Design, plan, and execute the qualification of SSDs and all their components, following the industry's best-known practices.
Develop a physical understanding model prediction and enhancing the quality and reliability of advanced semiconductor products.
Develop cost-effective production monitoring and screening schemes to ensure processes are stable, and products meet committed quality and reliability performance
