About The Position

Herbalife is seeking a Senior UX Writer and Product Content Producer to shape clear, intuitive, human-centered experiences across its digital products. The role helps customers and distributors understand options, complete tasks confidently, and navigate complex workflows with less effort and frustration. As an embedded partner to Product Design, Product Management, Research, and Engineering, the writer contributes throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery and journey mapping through design, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization. The role extends beyond writing individual screens to shaping content strategy, information hierarchy, terminology, and reusable content patterns. It also develops consumer-facing copy for digital experiences such as promotional pages, homepage sections, and product or feature highlights, partnering with Marketing to translate messaging priorities into clear, engaging content. Promotional copy is reviewed and approved by Marketing before publication. This position combines hands-on writing, systems thinking, and creative expression. It balances clarity and utility with warmth, personality, and brand expression, while supporting mobile-first, accessible experiences that scale across platforms, markets, and languages. The writer develops a working understanding of approved health and wellness terminology across the English-speaking markets served, applies market-specific guidance, and involves appropriate stakeholders when language or claims require review. The Digital Product team works across user needs, business priorities, and technology to make Herbalife’s digital experiences more intuitive, engaging, and useful for customers and distributors worldwide. The writer helps shape product experiences, contributes a content perspective to product decisions, and helps establish practices that improve quality and consistency. The work aims to reduce confusion and frustration, help people complete important tasks, and make digital interactions feel more human and rewarding.
