About The Position

The Sr. Trust Administrator serves as a subject matter expert on fiduciary matters and high net-worth client specific issues focused on growth, retention, and client satisfaction. This role involves communicating with clients, agencies, advisors, and other partners on the laws and options concerning trusts and estate matters. The position focuses on administering and growing Trust, Investment Agency, and Custody accounts for high net-worth clients and serves as a subject matter expert. It involves participation in management-level committees, deepening and growing client relationships, and increasing product exposure. The role requires analyzing, interpreting, and executing Trust accounts as directed by the legal instrument with a focus on fiduciary duties and responsibilities. Proactive communication with clients and third-party service providers is essential to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. The Sr. Trust Administrator will prepare and present financial reports to clients, providing updates on trust statuses, and ensure account compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal procedures regarding Fiduciary Administration. Regular reviews of Trust, Investment Agency, and Custody accounts are conducted to ensure proper administration and adherence to fiduciary responsibilities, including monitoring, identifying, and resolving issues. The role also involves developing partnerships and collaboration with internal business partners, such as Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors, communicating advice to clients, and understanding the nuances of managing relationships based on complexity, distance, and accessibility. Assistance with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fiduciary administration is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of financial services experience.
