Sr Test Engineer
About The Position
The Sr Test Engineer leads the planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of SSEE/Spectral test and evaluation activities. The role develops and maintains Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), test procedures, and supporting documentation, and guides test teams through planning, execution, results analysis, and documentation for formal review and approval. The position coordinates test requirements, schedules, readiness, and resources with engineering teams and government stakeholders; manages communications with operational test authorities, including OPTEVFOR as applicable; and tracks test discrepancies through corrective action and retesting. Filling this position is contingent upon funding. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Travel is 10%.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.

Responsibilities
