We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who knows how to navigate the full spectrum of technical hiring — from Customer Success Managers and Solutions Engineers to even more technical roles. You understand the how we solve the biggest problems with AI governance and you'll hold your own in a conversation about APIs and cloud architecture, and you know how to sell a compelling technical opportunity to a skeptical enginee Note: This position is 100% in-office at our Coppell, TX headquarters near Dallas (Monday through Friday). Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of recruiting experience with meaningful depth in technical or hybrid technical/GTM roles — ideally in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure technology.
  • You've successfully hired Solutions Engineers, CSMs, or developers and understand the nuances of evaluating technical aptitude alongside customer-facing skills.
  • You're a proactive, resourceful sourcer who doesn't wait for inbound pipelines.
  • You're comfortable reading a GitHub profile, decoding a job history that spans engineering and pre-sales, or getting into a substantive conversation with a hiring manager about what a good SE interview loop should look like.
  • You communicate with credibility at the executive level and build trust quickly with technical candidates who have plenty of options.
  • Experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools is expected

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for technical customer facing talent across a diverse set of roles including Customer Success ,Pre-Sales and other technical roles.
  • You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, from building creative sourcing pipelines to closing offers, while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience at every step.
  • You'll build trusted partnerships with technical hiring managers and team leads globally, advising on hiring strategy, compensation benchmarks, and market trends across both GTM-technical and engineering functions.
  • You'll develop a sharp understanding of what makes a great SE or CSM in a cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environment and translate that into recruiting strategies that consistently deliver.
  • And you'll bring the Island story to life for every candidate — connecting our mission to what motivates technical professionals.
