About The Position

Mochi Health is building an AI-driven healthcare marketplace that makes it easier for patients to find the right providers, access affordable medications, and take control of their health. We're a fast-growing health tech company in San Francisco focused on making healthcare more accessible, transparent, and effective. The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our rapid growth by filling critical engineering roles on our development team. You'll partner closely with our hiring managers to screen candidates for senior-level roles for full-stack, backend, frontend, React, and for engineering management. This role will expect a high degree of expertise, thoughtfulness, tenacity, and speed where you'll manage across multiple open requisitions at a time and be expected to deliver results quickly. You'll work independently while collaborating with our internal team to maintain quality and move candidates through our hiring process efficiently.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years recruiting experience with focus on technical roles
  • High-volume recruiting experience (able to manage 5+ reqs simultaneously and conduct 10+ interviews a day)
  • Strong screening and interviewing skills with ability to assess culture fit
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results without heavy oversight
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or health tech recruiting experience preferred but not required (telehealth, digital health, clinical operations, patient support)
  • Proven experience recruiting and hiring for Engineering leadership roles
  • Knowledge of San Francisco Bay Area talent market

Responsibilities

  • Screen and interview candidates to assess fit for role requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate interviews and drive scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
  • Drive candidate quality and pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate criteria
  • Extend Offers with the goal of maintaining 80% and above Offer Acceptance rate
