  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business organizations.
  • Experience communicating program status, risks, and recommendations to team members and senior leadership.
  • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity to understand business objectives and desired outcomes, ensuring execution focuses on delivering value rather than merely completing tasks.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Go-to-Market, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams to deliver technology solutions and business capabilities.
  • Build and continuously improve approaches for planning, tracking, and managing capability rollouts to increase consistency and visibility across initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor program progress, communicate status, and raise risks or issues to help keep initiatives on track.
  • Help ensure work is prioritized, well-defined, and aligned with project and business goals.
  • Guide and contribute to program investment planning, including defining rationale, expected value and outcomes, developing financial assumptions, tracking budgets against actuals, and evaluating results.
  • Support planning, release readiness, and go-to-market activities to move initiatives from ideas through launch.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to remove blockers and drive execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions.
