About The Position

This role manages T-Mobile’s enterprise AI portfolio and the operating cadence behind it as a set of complex technical products aligned with business objectives and employee needs. The position owns the portfolio lifecycle end to end, including its vision, an integrated delivery roadmap across AI governance, platform, engineering, and adoption teams, sequencing interdependent work, technical delivery, and stakeholder collaboration. It brings employee insights, market analysis, and technical feasibility together to prioritize features and improvements across teams with shared resource and schedule constraints. The work drives product innovation, operational efficiency, and improved employee experiences by coordinating interdependent AI work across the portfolio. The role also owns the organization’s operating cadence, including quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, leadership forums, and the forward calendar of executive forums, launches, audits, and planning cycles. It leads high-urgency or high-sensitivity initiatives assigned by senior leadership, shaping plans from ambiguous goals and driving them to delivery. Other duties or projects may be assigned by business management. The stated education and experience qualification is a bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related work experience, or an advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience. Acceptable study areas include Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. The posting also specifies 6+ years of hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture experience in a large-scale company, application, or product environment; 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment; and advanced-level understanding of customer experience. Preferred experience includes operating-cadence ownership for a senior technology leader or multi-team organization, managing interdependent products or platforms across teams and partner organizations, working knowledge of AI, generative AI, or platform engineering, and leading a high-visibility initiative from an ambiguous goal to delivery without a dedicated team. The role is listed with a national base pay range of $130,900–$236,200 and a total target cash earnings opportunity of $157,080–$283,440. Actual pay depends on factors including work location, qualifications, and experience. Travel is marked as required, but the Yes/No response is left blank.
