  • Analytical problem-solving skills, including independently investigating technical challenges, identifying root causes, and driving issues through resolution.
  • Ability to build credibility with technical stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent implementations and collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort navigating technical challenges involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and competing dependencies.
  • Adaptability, resilience, and willingness to build processes in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with a willingness to own technical challenges from identification through resolution.

  • Analyze system logs, SQL queries, and datasets to identify root causes, troubleshoot discrepancies, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Monitor integration health, identify technical risks and blockers, and develop solutions before they affect partner timelines.
  • Use a structured, persistent approach to troubleshooting challenges spanning multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partner IT, registrar, and enrollment teams throughout implementation.
  • Lead technical working sessions, guide partners through integration requirements, and build relationships with campus technical stakeholders.
