About The Position

The Sr. Systems Engineer – Cybersecurity is the technical lead for the CrowdStrike brand in the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region. The role owns presales engineering and architecture for complex cybersecurity solutions, including endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, identity protection, cloud security, next-generation SIEM, exposure management, and managed detection and response. Solutions may be deployed on-premises, in the cloud, or in hybrid environments. The engineer ensures solution designs, configurations, sizing, and licensing align with CrowdStrike architectural standards, security best practices, and partner and customer requirements. The role independently makes key engineering, configuration, security posture, deployment, and problem-resolution decisions that affect project delivery and business outcomes, and ensures executable implementation and backout plans are in place for PoV/PoC engagements. The position supports partners and end customers throughout the sales cycle, leads discovery and architecture work, delivers demonstrations and proofs of concept or value, and helps configure and position solutions across the Falcon platform. It also enables partners through training and events, coordinates technical escalations, maintains demo and lab environments, and develops automation and integrations using Falcon APIs and Falcon Fusion SOAR workflows. The engineer stays current on cybersecurity technologies, threats, adversary tradecraft, and industry trends, and guides Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet team commitments. The role is based in a professional remote environment, follows standard working hours, and may require overtime, on-call availability, and some travel. Candidates from Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic are encouraged to apply. TD SYNNEX offers country-tailored elective benefits, leadership and professional development programs, well-being resources, inclusive communities and activities, and onboarding and networking opportunities. The company is an equal opportunity employer and uses AI-supported tools to assist with candidate evaluation; hiring decisions are made by its Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
