Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory coordination
• Advanced proficiency with SAP or similar ERP system
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with maintaining BOMs and material master data

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and expedite purchase orders to align with production demands
• Monitor and track material availability, proactively communicating shortages or delays
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies such as pricing, quantity, and invoice issues
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and status updates
• Support weekly material readiness meetings with data on open orders and critical components
• Maintain accurate SAP records for purchasing, inventory, lead times, and vendor details
• Assist with maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material master data
• Participate in inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and accuracy initiatives
• Perform routine SAP transactions related to orders, inventory, and material movements
• Provide administrative and supply chain support as needed
