Sr. Supervisor - Maintenance Planning
About The Position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This role involves monitoring the production process, making adjustments to equipment or work practices, and leading daily and weekly review processes to track progress against action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager. The position also manages daily activities, including team meetings, shift exchanges, and daily labor OPEX budget and review. Utilizing Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations is crucial. A key responsibility is to develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma 6-8+ years of specific exp and 3 to 4 plus years of leadership experience

Responsibilities
- Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.
- Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review
- Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations
- Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor
