Requirements

• Proven experience in subrogation recovery or a related claims field.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex claims and identify recovery potential.
• Proficiency in claims management software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• JD or relevant legal coursework.
• Experience with litigation management.
• Certifications in claims adjusting or subrogation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and pursue subrogation recovery opportunities.
• Manage a caseload of subrogation files from inception to resolution.
• Negotiate settlements with responsible third parties and their insurers.
• Prepare and litigate subrogation claims when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed file documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize recovery.
