About The Position

As a Strategic Marketing Specialist – North America at Solstice, you will lead the regional execution of food retail / commercial refrigeration strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating adoption of Solstice next generation refrigerant technologies in a highly dynamic and competitive market environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, market insight, and execution, translating priorities into actionable plans. You will serve as a key link between customers, industry partners and internal functions, shaping how we position, commercialize, and differentiate our offerings across the refrigeration value chain. You will be responsible for understanding market dynamics, defining target segments, building compelling value propositions, and enabling successful product commercialization through industry partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will directly impact: Growth and adoption of next generation refrigerants in North America, Expansion of industry partnerships and commercialization pathways, Successful launch and commercialization of new products (NPIs), Development of scalable business models, Competitive positioning against alternative refrigerant technologies.

Requirements

  • Understanding of market dynamics, defining target segments, building compelling value propositions, and enabling successful product commercialization through industry partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build deep understanding of the commercial refrigeration market, including customer needs, value chain, competition, and regulatory trends
  • Develop market segmentation, quantify value drivers, and build compelling value propositions for target customer segments
  • Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from ideation to execution, including commercialization planning and launch coordination
  • Act as the primary point of contact for OEM engagement and partnership development
  • Engage with customers, OEMs, industry experts, and market research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities
  • Support development of business models and ecosystem strategies that enable scalable adoption of Solstice solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (BD, R&D, TS, Regulatory, Sales, Product Management) to integrate voice of customer into strategy and execution
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market dynamics to provide actionable insights
  • Own content strategy and technical messaging, and coordinate with customer marketing and technical teams to translate technical insights into compelling customer-facing materials (e.g., case studies, publications, trade shows, conference presentations)
