This strategic client facing position will have overall accountability for an assigned book of business of UnitedHealthcare Retiree Solutions clients. The primary responsibilities are to develop strategic relationships with clients, execute on exceeding their needs and expectations, and maintaining profitability and client retention. The Sr. SAE is responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction for their clients in partnership with internal resources including their Account Management Team. The Sr. SAE is responsible for overall account ownership, growth, profitability of existing business, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of their book of business. The Sr. SAE should have an understanding of each client’s goals and barriers to their success. They are expected to be present in the market and attend board meetings (if applicable). You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
