Overview This role will improve the customer experience on our website by creating engaging content, driving organic traffic, and improving site design.

  • Excellent presentation and influence skills with senior management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Build content strategy and execution for the website (pages, blog, UX, education) and coordinate with brand marketing and creative teams to build content
  • Coordinate design overhaul and back-end website marketing stack changes and updates with technology team
  • Work with e-commerce lead to optimize user experience for sales conversion
  • Lead conversion rate optimization A/B testing across the website
  • Work with brand manager & digital ad manager to develop new landing pages for the website to drive engagement, education, and leads
  • Lead SEO strategy and execution, including agency coordination
  • Monitor site performance metrics and make adjustments to optimize
