About The Position

This role supports the execution of talent management strategies, participates in talent development programs, and engages stakeholders to deliver customized solutions. It helps drive inclusion initiatives within talent management, supports talent-related communications, and assists with managing projects that contribute to strategic HR priorities.

The position contributes to operational execution of talent initiatives; assists with development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps; and participates in the design and delivery of leadership development and high-potential programs. It also supports adoption of talent management technology, facilitates nominations and selections for talent development programs, and helps ensure clear communications and effective project alignment.

The role requires independent judgment and discretion in significant matters, as well as regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Employees are expected to support Comcast’s Operating Principles, customer experience, teamwork, results and growth, inclusion, and ethical conduct. The employee must be able to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills in business acumen, change management, data analysis, leadership development programs, process improvements, program management, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational execution of talent management strategies and initiatives.
• Assist in delivering talent development programs based on organizational needs and talent gaps.
• Participate in designing and delivering leadership development and high-potential programs.
• Facilitate adoption of talent management technology to improve processes and user experience.
• Engage stakeholders to deliver customized talent management solutions and interventions.
• Support execution of talent-related communication strategies to ensure clear messaging and engagement.
• Assist with management of talent management projects, ensuring alignment with strategic HR priorities.
• Facilitate nominations and selections for internal and external talent development programs.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.
