About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Events and Community Relations serves as Moss’s primary events, promotional, and community-facing resource in the Dallas market. This role manages the full lifecycle of Dallas-based corporate events and external activations, leads branded promotional programming, and works with local Moss Foundation representatives to coordinate community-focused activities and identify philanthropic opportunities. The specialist sources and manages branded merchandise and event materials, maintaining vendor relationships, inventory, and brand consistency. Cross-functional coordination includes partnering with Dallas leadership, communications, and marketing teams and using departmental planning tools to maintain project visibility and reporting.
