We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Software Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team at our headquarters in Irving, Texas. This individual will play a pivotal role in deploying our CTRM and ERP solutions and delivering exceptional value to our customers. As a Software Implementation Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and adoption of our software to meet customers' unique needs. This role involves a blend of technical proficiency, functional expertise, and customer-facing skills, requiring occasional travel to work directly with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with ERP or CTRM software product implementation
  • A background in accounting, applications including AR, AP, and GL
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel 20%
  • Candidates must be local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Experience in Agriculture, Coffee trade industry a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers.
  • Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
  • Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption.
  • Interface with customers at all levels
  • Participate in customer meetings and sales events.
  • Provide customer training
  • Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements.
  • Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases.
  • Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO).
  • Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions.
