About The Position

Join Resideo’s team designing, developing, and integrating complex software functions. In this role, you will build and maintain scalable, reliable mobile and web applications for connected HVAC and smart home devices, and collaborate with cloud, product, and AI/ML teams to deliver capabilities that support new features and customer experiences. You will also contribute to platform improvements and establish engineering patterns, templates, and documentation. The role offers ownership of platform initiatives, opportunities to shape architecture and lead projects, and involvement across the software lifecycle from concept through production and ongoing operation. The technology environment includes Azure cloud, event-driven systems, large-scale telemetry, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote. This position is not eligible for US sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 5 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on UX or mobile app development.
Strong understanding of .NET, C#, and networking.
Strong skills in at least one framework for developing on both iOS and Android, such as Xamarin/MAUI or Flutter.
Familiarity with ReactJS.
Familiarity with Python.
Understanding of database design and utilization.
Hands-on experience with product launch and go-to-market strategies.

Exposure to connected devices or IoT-related systems.
Ability to work across the entire software stack.
Knowledge of HVAC, smart home, or industrial systems.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, such as Terraform, CI/CD, and GitHub Actions.
