About The Position

The engineering organization builds scalable, AI-powered software products, emphasizing clean architecture, intuitive user experiences, and continuous improvement. Engineers contribute to product quality and reliability by designing and developing maintainable, reusable software components and by owning features from design through delivery. The role includes building extensible user experiences, contributing to new and existing product capabilities, integrating automated testing, and promoting engineering craftsmanship and quality practices across the team.

Requirements

Experience applying critical thinking to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, such as using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact.
At least 6 years of software engineering experience delivering high-quality products.
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar object-oriented languages.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium, or TestNG, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of software quality principles, including reliability, observability, and production readiness.
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and optimize performance across the stack.
Experience with AI-powered tools or workflows, including validation of datasets, model predictions, and inference consistency.
Comfort using development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, source control, and Unix-based systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, maintainable, reusable software components with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions and own features from design through delivery.
Build intuitive, extensible user experiences using modern UI frameworks, with flexibility for customer-specific needs.
Contribute to designing and implementing new products and features and enhancing existing product capabilities.
Integrate automated testing into development workflows to maintain consistent quality across releases.
Participate in design and code reviews, promoting performance, maintainability, and testability best practices.
Develop test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Share engineering and quality best practices and foster continuous learning, craftsmanship, and knowledge-sharing.
