About The Position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineer II for its Policy Management team. The team builds and maintains cloud-side software and user interfaces that manage configuration and settings for Falcon endpoint agents and other products across the Falcon platform. Its systems distribute customer configuration changes to millions of endpoints, often within minutes. The role contributes to architectural decisions, technical strategy, technology roadmaps, implementation, and reliable scaling of these systems across the product line. The position provides technical leadership and guidance, mentors engineers, collaborates with cloud, front-end, endpoint, and other teams, and supports successful project delivery. It requires strong experience building low-latency, production cloud back-end systems and distributed systems. Prior cybersecurity industry experience is not required; CrowdStrike will provide security mentoring and training. Candidates should have a strong interest in the company’s mission and customer and product needs. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations. The position requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and working solely from U.S. soil. Periodic additional background and fingerprint checks may be required in accordance with government customer requirements. Occasional travel is expected, approximately 1–3 times per year.
