About The Position

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineer II for its Policy Management team. The team builds cloud-side software and user interfaces that provide configuration and settings information to the Falcon endpoint agent and other products across the Falcon platform. It manages customer-configurable settings for nearly every platform module and distributes changes to endpoint fleets within minutes. The role focuses on designing, building, and extending high-quality systems that scale reliably, and collaborating closely with teams across the company. As a technical leader, the engineer will help shape architectural decisions, technical strategy, technology roadmaps, and engineering practices; mentor team members; and support successful project delivery. The position is part of a collaborative, high-trust team that offers opportunities to learn, contribute to product and team direction, and manage work with flexibility. Prior cybersecurity industry experience is not required; CrowdStrike will provide security-topic mentoring and training. A strong interest in the company’s mission and willingness to engage with product-team and customer needs are expected. The role is hybrid and requires working on-site 2–3 days per week at one of the posted locations. Occasional travel for in-person meetings is expected, approximately 1–3 times per year. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents and work solely from U.S. soil. The role may also require periodic additional background and fingerprint checks consistent with government customer requirements.
