As a Sr. Skincare Specialist, you are the in-store authority on skincare and a key driver of business growth. You lead by example on the sales floor, elevate client experiences through education and personalized recommendations, and are directly responsible for driving the store to achieve 10%+ skincare penetration. This role is ideal for skincare experts who are passionate about results, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and love helping clients look and feel their best. Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail or spa experience, with a strong focus on skincare
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance goals
  • Confidence in performing skincare consultations and red light therapy recommendation routines
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and regimens
  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to selling
  • Working evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Being on your feet for extended periods
  • Maintaining a polished, professional appearance aligned with brand standards

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the store’s skincare business, achieving and exceeding the 10%+ penetration goal
  • Lead from the floor by modeling expert skincare consultations and advanced selling techniques
  • Proactively identify opportunities to build skincare into every client interaction
  • Track daily performance and pivot strategies to maximize results
  • Partner with leadership to execute targeted skincare initiatives and promotions
  • Serve as the go-to expert on all skincare products, ingredients, and routines
  • Educate both clients and team members on product benefits, regimens, and layering techniques
  • Stay current on skincare trends, ingredients, and industry innovations
  • Build credibility and trust through personalized, results-driven consultations
  • Deliver luxury-level skincare consultations tailored to individual needs and goals
  • Perform engaging, hands-on product demonstrations
  • Create customized routines that drive both results and basket size
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Coach Sales Specialists on how to confidently sell skincare
  • Share best practices and success strategies with the team
  • Support onboarding and ongoing skincare training
  • Help create a culture where skincare is a priority category
  • Ensure skincare merchandising is compelling, organized, and fully stocked
  • Maintain hygiene and presentation standards for all skincare displays and testers
  • Assist with inventory awareness and replenishment
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures
