Lyra Collective operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are looking for a Sales Lead to lead retail expansion for our Skincare portfolio. The scope of this role will primarily focus on two high-growth brands: Nuvadermis and EVER. You will own both strategy and execution across national and regional retailers, driving distribution and revenue across the Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and Drug channels. You will directly manage key accounts and own customer and broker relationships. The Sales Lead reports into our Chief Commercial Officer.
