About The Position

Lyra is a collective of brands in the Personal Care and Family categories, dedicated to caring for our customers and their loved ones. Our trusted brands are designed with comfort, quality, and transparency first, because we believe everyone should experience care done right. This role is based in NYC. Lyra Collective operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We are looking for a Sales Lead to lead retail expansion for our Skincare portfolio. The scope of this role will primarily focus on two high-growth brands: Nuvadermis and EVER. You will own both strategy and execution across national and regional retailers, driving distribution and revenue across the Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and Drug channels. You will directly manage key accounts and own customer and broker relationships. The Sales Lead reports into our Chief Commercial Officer.

Requirements

  • 6 - 8 years of sales experience within the Personal Care space
  • An established network across Beauty and Personal Care buyers with experience calling on regional and national accounts
  • Demonstrated experience securing new distribution across Specialty Beauty, Mass, Grocery, and/or Drug accounts
  • Track record of growing key accounts, establishing and overseeing execution of trade and marketing calendars to accelerate velocities and drive door expansion
  • Experience managing broker networks

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand sales strategy across core retailer channels
  • Drive regional and national distribution and revenue growth, playing a direct role in the achievement of company targets
  • Build and manage annual sales plans, forecasts, and trade budgets
  • Own relationships with key retail partners, including top-to-top engagement
  • Lead and manage external broker partners; set clear goals, incentives, and performance expectations to ensure alignment with brand objectives
  • Own in-store execution, including merchandising, promotions, and activations
  • Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on selling strategies, competitive insights, product launches, forecasts, and demand planning
  • Track and analyze sales performance, distribution gains, and account-level KPIs
