About The Position

The Canada T700/CT7 TrueChoice Defense Services Manager is accountable for delivering all contracted requirements and leading a cross-functional, matrixed team supporting T700 and CT7 engine repairs and services. This role is the primary point of contact in Canada for all military end-use T700/CT7 contractual interactions with GE Aerospace and is responsible for the customer’s overall experience and operational readiness outcomes. In addition, this leader will oversee Rotorcraft Entry-into-Service (EIS) global efforts—supporting customers establishing new or expanding GE Aerospace-powered rotary-wing fleets. This role may also support other countries as business needs require.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Management or Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer interface for all military end-use T700/CT7 sustainment activities in Canada, including RFQs, contractual interactions, and overall customer experience.
  • Lead recurring customer program reviews (status, program management, technical) to communicate fleet readiness, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate execution across internal teams (CPM, FSRs, FSE, Repair Engineering, Materials/CAM, Sales, Services) and external partners to meet readiness and SQDC targets.
  • Manage MRO relationships and performance, including engine/component evaluations, repair proposals, and regular repair status reviews to drive on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver engine and component repair proposals by consolidating technical, commercial, and schedule inputs from MROs and internal teams.
  • Lead forecasting and provisioning planning with the customer and internal materials team to define provisioning requirements and support engine/component shop visits.
  • Drive TAT improvements by integrating forecasts, part demand, shipments, inventory, and MRO execution; resolve constraints and optimize material flow.
  • Maintain clear reporting on engine and inventory status, KPIs, and contract deliverables (including CDRLs) to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Lead renewal and commercial activities, including CRM opportunity management, cost build-ups, pricing, and proposal development within guidelines.
  • Support fleet transitions and growth (including T700 to CT7 sustainment) and develop EIS and True Choice Defense campaign packages for new or expanding fleets.
