UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. This role is ideal for a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson who has followed the growing success of UKG. We are expanding our sales force and are looking for the very best to represent UKG. Candidates who live in or near their territory and are familiar with the local business climate are preferred, but all are encouraged to apply. UKG expects a lot of our sales reps and provides significant resources for them to succeed, including tenured management, a seasoned Application Consultant team, expert Technical Sales Support, a highly reference-able customer base with 96% customer retention, solid Sales Operations and Legal staff, award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions, a Software-as-a-Service solution, and award-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams.
