About The Position

UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. This role is ideal for a highly successful HRMS/Payroll salesperson who has followed the growing success of UKG. We are expanding our sales force and are looking for the very best to represent UKG. Candidates who live in or near their territory and are familiar with the local business climate are preferred, but all are encouraged to apply. UKG expects a lot of our sales reps and provides significant resources for them to succeed, including tenured management, a seasoned Application Consultant team, expert Technical Sales Support, a highly reference-able customer base with 96% customer retention, solid Sales Operations and Legal staff, award-winning HRMS/Payroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions, a Software-as-a-Service solution, and award-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry
  • Demonstrated understanding of strategic sales process
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions

Responsibilities

  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
  • Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer’s needs.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
  • Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
  • Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their technical needs
