With ITSM, CSM, and IRM launched, we are not only looking for continuous improvements in these modules, we want to ride the momentum and accelerate the adoptions across the organization. Looking for more? As the Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will also be the technical linchpin as we expand into Source-to-Pay, Field Service Management (FSM-T), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM-T), and Sales & Order Management (SOM-T).

Requirements

  • Strong experience configuring ServiceNow ITSM, CSM and IRM; experience with FSM, SPM and SOM strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow data models.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, security, and upgrade-safe development
  • Experience supporting platform migrations or large-scale implementations.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled ServiceNow features (Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence).
  • Hands-on experience with LDAP, ADFS, IAM integrations with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST, API’s)
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
  • ITIL V4 Foundations Certification, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Projects Delivery: Collaborate across business units within the organization, be the liaison between Beanfield and implementation partners, and help define “what success looks like” for strategic projects. Participate in workshops to help define business requirements, review stories and be a catalyst for successful delivery of strategic projects that drive business values.
  • Automations and Innovations: Proactively conduct process mining, identify opportunities for automations, and eliminate process gaps to create frictionless experience for both internal and external users. Lead the continuous enhancements journey to improve enterprise productivity. Be the SME that partners with the business and delivers best-practice solutions.
  • Platform Management: Be part of the team that implements best-in-class instance management strategy. Work closely with the ServiceNow Impact team to continuously improve overall platform health.  Embrace ATF to accelerate UAT cycles so we can focus on delivering features on the platform. Deliver Future-proof platform configuration, effectively manage platform issues and implement permanent corrective actions
