The IT Service Management Developer is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions that align with business needs, industry standards and emerging technologies. This role will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions, installing and troubleshooting issues on the ITSM platform, and integrating with other applications and systems. This role will also create and plan future roadmaps by keeping up to date with the latest developments to fully optimize the platform. This role requires the ability to understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements and solutions by analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and configuring the ITSM platform to optimize business operations.
