About The Position

This role requires a Sr. ServiceNow Developer/Engineer with CI Poly clearance. The position demands extensive experience in ServiceNow development and engineering, with a strong emphasis on security requirements in secure environments. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects of similar scope, troubleshooting, solutioning, and technical documentation. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and task decomposition for Jira stories is essential.

Requirements

10 years ServiceNow experience
Bachelor’s degree
Must meet DOD 8140 requirements (Security+ CE Certification at minimum)
Must possess ServiceNow Certifications
Demonstrated expertise as a senior ServiceNow engineer delivering similar scope projects
Understanding of all security related requirements in secure environments
Familiar with Agile Methodologies
Ability to accurately decompose tasks for Jira stories
Expert troubleshooting and solutioning skills
Strong technical documentation skills

Nice To Haves

STEM degree
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Experience configuring tools providing end to end visibility, monitoring, and analytics (e.g. AppDynamics, DynaTrace)
Integration of virtualized applications and application streaming or layering techniques
Experience leading and overseeing a total system perspective including technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of cloud services, infrastructure and security domains
Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management, TeamWork Cloud/Cameo experience, Microsoft Project and/or Tableau
