Sr Salesforce Dev

As a Senior Associate Developer at Appnovation, you will be joining a highly motivated and experienced team to build web and mobile applications, platform solutions, and provide strategy consulting for clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong consulting and solution-focused mindset, contribute to architectural decisions and best practices, and have a track record of getting things done. With a focus on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud, as well as experience in developing APIs, integrating with third-party applications, and working with Atlassian products, the role requires a deep understanding of various technologies and the ability to transform business requirements into technical designs.

• Collaborate with brands to understand their challenges and goals for digital initiatives
• Provide strategy consulting for clients
• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices
• Build web and mobile applications and platform solutions
• Develop APIs using Apex
• Integrate with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST, BULK API's, and web services
• Build custom apps and objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Design and implement REST APIs
• Have a strong understanding and experience with RDBMS
• Have experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence
• Have experience with Git, Github, and usage of PRs and Github Actions preferred
• Have working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Have a customer-first mindset and a devotion to customer service
• Build positive internal and external client relationships

• 6+ years of development experience
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Health Cloud
• Strong SOQL skills, should be able to link multiple SF Objects together and optimize a query for best performance
• Strong knowledge of APEX classes and methods, Lightning Web Components and Flows
• Experience developing APIs using Apex
• Be very familiar with the REST API definition, as well as be able to read and implement APIs from a OAS/Swagger specification
• Development experience in integrating with 3rd party applications using SOAP, REST, BULK API’s and web services
• Ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, validation rules, workflows, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Experience developing in Java and exposure to multiple Java based technologies
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and an understanding of microservices
• Strong understanding and experience with RDBMS (for e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL)
• Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence
• Experience with Git, Github, usage of PRs and Github Actions preferred
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
