As a Senior CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will support the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of email, SMS, and push communications across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands. This is a hands-on role focused on building and maintaining automated, trigger-based communications at scale using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). You will play a key role in building and scaling CRM capabilities across both platforms. This role requires strong technical execution, rigorous QA practices, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing CRM solutions. You will support high-volume, global CRM programs across three brands and help evolve Hertz’s CRM ecosystem as we expand.
