This role serves as the senior administrator and developer of Anova's unified Salesforce instance, owning configuration, custom development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs), releases, and platform health. You will work with our implementation partner to lead the build-out and ongoing optimization of Revenue Cloud — product catalog, price books, pricing controls, guided selling, contract management, renewals/amendments, and order management. You will partner with Sales Operations to refine the end-to-end sales workflow: opportunity advancement, delegation-of-authority discounting, pipeline tracking, and standardized global processes. You will own integrations between Salesforce and surrounding business systems (marketing automation, ERP and order management, billing, customer support, operational platforms, document generation/eSignature). You will manage releases across a multi-tier sandbox landscape using Git-based source control and ticket-driven tracking; lead testing, deployment, and post-release hypercare on an iterative cadence. You will drive data quality, governance, and migration; lead onboarding of new business units, regions, and acquisitions onto the platform. You will translate Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success requirements into scalable solutions; reduce dependency on the external implementation partner over time. You will coach and serve as technical lead for the existing Salesforce admin/developer; set patterns, review work, and grow team capability.
