About The Position

This role focuses on gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue management. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to design scalable solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management). Responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, conducting process discovery workshops, and supporting the configuration of product catalog, price books, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, and product constraints. The role also involves collaboration with architects and developers, participation in UAT planning and validation, and working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and Customer Success. Additionally, support for data migration, integration requirements, and reporting needs across CRM and ERP systems is expected, along with providing documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Advanced Approvals, and Subscription Management).
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Skill in translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience conducting process discovery workshops and documenting business processes.
  • Familiarity with configuring product catalogs, price books, bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, and product constraints.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects and developers.
  • Experience with UAT planning, test case creation, and validation.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Customer Success).
  • Experience supporting data migration, integration requirements, and reporting needs.
  • Ability to provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support.

  • Knowledge of ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Support data migration, integration requirements, and reporting needs across CRM and ERP systems.
  • Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support to business users.
