About The Position

The Leading Hotels of the World is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sr. Sales Coordinator to provide operational, administrative, and sales support to the North America Group Sales across the Midwest, Texas & Canada region. This role serves as a key partner to the sales organization, ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate sales data, coordinating client and member hotel communications, and supporting strategic initiatives that enable the team to focus on business development and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This position plays an important role in supporting the team's annual revenue goals while delivering a high level of service to member hotels and clients. This is a full-time position located in New York City. We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our NYC office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination, administrative, operations, or client support role, preferably within luxury hospitality, travel, or a service-oriented environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or a high-performing sales team preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and sales support to the Midwest, Texas & Canada North America Group Sales Team, enabling sales leaders to focus on revenue-generating activities.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and following up with member hotels and clients as appropriate.
  • Manage inboxes and communications on behalf of the Director and Account Manager during planned absences.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, materials, and logistics as needed to support the sales team.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and recommend efficiencies that enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within Salesforce, including tracking and updating group leads, proposals, contracts, and pickup reports.
  • Monitor data quality and proactively identify discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Generate recurring sales reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses that support business planning and decision-making.
  • Assist with maintaining sales documentation and reporting processes to improve consistency across the team.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of North America Group Sales events, sales missions, roadshows, showcases, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Manage event logistics including venue coordination, registration, travel, accommodations, transportation, catering, and attendee communications.
  • Maintain and update invitation lists and event materials.
  • Represent The Leading Hotels of the World at industry events and sales functions as needed.
  • Develop, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations for clients, member hotels, and internal leadership while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Partner with the Director of Group Sales and Senior Sales Manager to produce and distribute the quarterly Group Sales NewsFlash presentation.
  • Assist with preparing meeting materials, reports, and executive communications for internal and external audiences.
