Headquartered in Israel, our U.S. Commercial team of about 50 professionals across sales, clinical, marketing, training, and HR is passionate about bringing this innovation to patients and physicians nationwide. We’ve developed the next-generation BioProtect Balloon Spacer, a groundbreaking technology designed to protect healthy tissue during prostate radiation therapy. By creating more space between the prostate and rectum, we help physicians deliver targeted, effective treatment while minimizing side effects, improving patient outcomes and quality of life. We are currently searching for a remote Sr. Sales Analytics and CRM Manager in the medical device sector who will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and providing support to sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience working in the Medical Device or Med Tech industry
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certification or 5+ years working with configuration and reporting in Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CRM software (Salesforce.com and Qlik) to analyze customer data and sales pipeline to identify opportunities to enhance sales process and programs.
  • Working closely with marketing, sales and finance teams to drive strategies that enhance customer relationships and create
  • Manage CRM, ensure sales team’s needs are met, drive CRM engagement to support strong pipeline development, sales cycle management and forecast accuracy.
  • Developing training for our sales processes and CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Analyzing sales processes to identify gaps and implement improvements.
  • Provide tools and resources to support sales teams in achieving their targets.
  • Monitoring sales pipeline and sales performance and providing insights to drive sales growth. Maintaining MBOs and key performance metrics for leadership and making recommendations as business needs evolve.
  • Collaborating across the organization to improve sales support processes around customer service, pricing discipline, sales programs and supporting new product submissions.
  • Support CCO and Sales Leadership in Quarterly Business Reviews, Strategic Planning Process and revenue forecasting.
  • Working closely with sales leadership to align strategies and ensure effective communication.
