The CRM & Marketing Analytics Coordinator supports GPO Federal Credit Union’s commitment to delivering meaningful, member-focused experiences through data-driven marketing and engagement efforts. This role plays an important part in helping GPO better understand its members, measure marketing performance, and apply insights that support growth, retention, and service excellence. Working closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams, the coordinator serves as a key CRM resource—supporting segmentation, reporting, and campaign execution, while ensuring member data is used accurately, responsibly, and in alignment with GPO’s strategic goals and values.
