Your Role: As a Senior Manager, Club Analytics & Insights, you will lead the analytics function that powers CSAA’s AAA club partnership strategy and distribution performance. You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable executive decision-making, strengthen partner engagement, and improve business outcomes. This role is accountable for enterprise performance clarity and insight driven action across all clubs and distribution channels. You will ensure leaders operate with a consistent, forward-looking view of performance and are equipped with recommendations that drive measurable results. This role amplifies the impact of the VP of Partner Club Relationships & Strategy by elevating the quality, consistency, and strategic value of analytics used in partner and business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years Insurance, Actuarial, Product Management, Programming, Data Reporting and Analysis or related business experience
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment as well as external alignment
  • Master-level analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to review and direct analysis
  • Strong executive communication and data storytelling capabilities
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Role-model abilities to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training, guidance and constructive feedback to staff
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures and regulations
  • Master-level knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, BI dashboard building (specifically PowerBI), GPT prompting, and various structured analysis and design techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of product management, and marketing strategy and principles, and strategic planning
  • Strong Leadership and supervisory skills. Able to motivate a product management team to greater productivity and creativity
  • Financial analysis experience - skilled in budgets, cost estimates, cost benefit analysis
  • Strong knowledge of product analysis, principles and methods.
  • Business and technical writing skills (e.g.. proposals, PowerPoint presentation, business requirements, Microsoft project, Suite Microsoft Office)
  • Skilled in project management techniques and processes
  • Effective communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Strong understanding business systems and processes and how they link together
  • Bachelor's degree in related area (Marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years - 5+ years of product management experience working with or in related products.
  • 0 – 2 years experience leading Product Management Teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the enterprise view of AAA club and distribution performance across growth, retention, profitability, and member experience
  • Define and standardize performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks across clubs and channels
  • Serve as the authoritative source for enterprise performance insights, ensuring consistency and alignment across executive and partner discussions
  • Develop and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve business performance across clubs and distribution channels
  • Identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging risks, and translate them into clear actions
  • Drive translation of insights into measurable initiatives and track progress against defined business outcomes
  • Monitor business impact of actions and refine recommendations to improve performance outcomes
  • Own the content, analytics, and narrative for monthly performance reviews with internal leadership and AAA clubs
  • Synthesize complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and storylines
  • Anticipate key questions and proactively address performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with the VP to align insights and messaging to enterprise strategy and partnership priorities
  • Lead development of data-driven recommendations that inform decisions across product, pricing, underwriting, and distribution
  • Partner with Sr State Product Managers, Actuarial, and Distribution leaders to align on performance drivers and opportunities
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations while aligning with Product, Actuarial, and executive leadership
  • Drive consistent interpretation of performance data across functions, both internally and externally, to enable aligned decision-making
  • Deliver high-value insights that strengthen CSAA’s consultative engagement with AAA clubs
  • Support partner discussions with data-backed perspectives on performance and opportunities
  • Elevate the quality and consistency of analytics used in club-facing interactions
  • Establish credibility as a trusted analytical advisor while reinforcing VP-led relationships
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts, setting clear priorities and expectations
