The Manager of Insights & Analytics is a critical role responsible for turning data into clear, actionable insights that shape marketing strategy and business decisions across TruGreen. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader sits at the center of the marketing organization, helping Brand, Product, Website, and CRM teams understand what is happening in the business and what to do next. This role goes beyond reporting. It requires someone who can connect signals across channels, translate complex data into clear narratives, and confidently bring insights and recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the data and in the room where decisions are made.
