Sr RF/Mixed Signal Test Engineer

About The Position

Develop and release production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, Bluetooth, and UWB system-on-chip devices using automatic test equipment. The role covers test development from design kickoff through production release, debugging design- and process-related yield and performance issues, and advancing design-for-test concepts and test techniques to improve efficiency and reduce test costs. The engineer collaborates with Design, Systems, Software, and other teams to develop RF/analog test methods and support device implementations such as built-in self-test and firmware-based testing. The role also contributes to test engineering and DFT approaches across product lines and company teams.

Requirements

Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven, able to take ownership and initiative across project aspects, and able to work independently and with a team.
Strong programming background in C++, Java, and Visual Basic.
Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

Teradyne UFLEX/UFLEX+ ATE experience.
RF and mmWave testing experience.

Responsibilities

Develop production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, BT, and UWB system-on-chip devices on ATE.
Develop tests from design kickoff through production release.
Debug design- and process-related yield and performance problems.
Develop DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test.
Collaborate with Design, Systems, and Software teams on RF/analog test methods and device design implementations, including built-in self-test and firmware-based testing.
Work across product lines and teams to advance DFT and Test Engineering approaches within the group and across the company.
