Sr. Mixed Signal/RF Test Engineer

NXP Semiconductors•Chandler, AZ

About The Position

Develop production, qualification, and characterization test programs for WLAN, Bluetooth (BT), and UWB system-on-chip (SoC) devices on automatic test equipment (ATE). The role covers test development from design kickoff through production release, as well as debugging design- and process-related yield and performance issues. The engineer will develop design-for-test (DFT) concepts and techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce test costs. Working closely with Design, Systems, and Software teams, the engineer will develop innovative RF and analog test methods and supporting device-design implementations, including built-in self-test and firmware-based testing. The role also works across product lines and teams to advance DFT and test engineering approaches within the group and across the company.
