We are searching for a Senior Recruiter - someone that works well in a fast-paced setting. The Senior Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition consultant, leading senior-level recruitment efforts across assigned, high-impact and/or complex client groups. This role partners closely with senior leaders and complex business functions to understand workforce needs, design targeted recruiting strategies, and provide informed guidance and recommendations related to hiring decisions. The Senior Recruiter applies independent judgment, market expertise, and data-driven insights to assess talent, manage high-impact searches, and deliver a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. This role leverages recruiting technology, ensures compliance with employment practices, and contributes to workforce planning and talent initiatives that support organizational priorities and long-term business outcomes. The Senior Recruiter also supports and guides other team members by sharing expertise and best practices to enable efficient, consistent recruiting processes.
