About The Position

As a Senior Recruiter, your responsibilities will include candidate recruitment and retention, placement activities, and lead generation. You will source, evaluate, and review potential Technology candidates using various methods, interview candidates to assess their qualifications, and develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent. You will also select well-matched candidates for client job orders, maintain contact with contract professionals, and resolve customer service issues. Additionally, you will generate leads and market intelligence to support new client development, maintain candidate relationships for industry knowledge and referrals, and meet business development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and review potential Technology candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc.
  • Interview prospective Technology candidates via video, phone and/or in person to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Technology talent to submit to current and future client base.
  • Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders.
  • Maintain on-going contact with Technology professionals currently on contract assignments in order to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads and market intelligence to enhance new client development efforts.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
