  • High proficiency with the modern recruiter stack, including iCIMS (or similar enterprise ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem/TopFunnel, and Google Workspace

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-impact Sales roles (including AE, SE, and Leadership), from initial discovery sessions to complex offer negotiations and closing
  • Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and leverage TA metrics to drive continuous improvements in Time-to-Hire, Quality-of-Hire, and Diversity Slate health
  • Build deep, diverse talent benches through creative outbound sourcing, networking, and industry-specific research for both current and future expansion needs
  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that mirrors the Docusign brand, ensuring every applicant—regardless of outcome—becomes a brand advocate
  • Navigate the closing ecosystem by collaborating seamlessly with HRBPs, Compensation, Legal, and Immigration teams to build competitive, equitable, and compliant offer packages
  • Partner with Marketing to amplify our Sales value proposition, helping to position Docusign as the premier destination for top-tier SaaS sales talent globally
